The intensive program starts with 12 Ignite sessions which provides basic and advanced skills. The emphasis is on increasing knowledge and skills and implementing essential real estate tools, including a buyer and seller presentation and methods of lead generation.
Experienced agents with more than 2 years of experience, often enter the Coaching Program to renew their knowledge, to develop more skills, to improve their systems and improve their mindset.
Working with the Coach creates a level of responsibility and transparency that assists the agent to improve, achieve growth and succeed.
The productivity coaching program is designed to maximize your potential, leading you to become the best version of yourself that you can be, while achieving your desired business and personal goals.
The coaching program offers a series of valuable tools, resources, experiences, and coaching opportunities such as: One on One Coaching, Group Coaching, Masterminds, Mega Agent Interviews, Script & Role Play, Power Hours, Contests & Recognition, Additional Training Opportunities, Private Facebook Community and much more.
The coach will focus on mindset, goal setting, database, scripts, and the fundamental habits to propel your real estate career and develop sustainable tools to get into production within your first 90 days.
The coach takes a hands on approach and breaks down calculated strategies while utilizing your strengths that lead toward the path of prosperity.
The expectation is to hold you accountable to the goals and “big why” you have set for yourself. This is done by expecting you to be engaged in the program and keeping an open mind to trying new things and remaining coachable.
At the end of the day, your coach is here to serve you and stand up for your greatness and assist you in overcoming any obstacles or limiting beliefs you may face. The only way we can fully do this is by having your 100% participation, engagement, vulnerability and accountability.
